PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent not to interfere in civil dispute by harassing the petitioners in the nature and circumstances of the case.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent not to interfere in civil dispute by harassing the petitioners in the nature and circumstances of the case.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
