2. The petitioner is employed in the respondent Corporation. He is facing a disciplinary enquiry. The petitioner is entitled to a legible copy of the enquiry report as well as the copy of the enquiry proceedings. What has been furnished is a manuscript and not quite readable.

3. Therefore the first respondent is directed to furnish a clean copy of the enquiry report as well as the copy of the enquiry proceedings forthwith to the petitioner before proceeding further in the matter.
