No. 5232 of 2021 in Crime No. 40 of 2021 of the file of 1st Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the bail granted by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari in Crl.M.P. No. 5232 of 2021, dated 01.12.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after granting bail to the respondents 2 and 3 herein, there was a life threat to the petitioner at the hands of the respondents 2 and 3. He also lodged a complaint.

No.3997 of 2022 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 4.On perusal of the complaint, dated 08.11.2021, revealed that it was sent to the District Superintendent of Police, Nagercoil, for which there is no proof to prove the same. That apart, the respondents 2 and 3 herein duly complied with the conditions imposed by the trial Court while granting bail.

5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds no ground to cancel the bail granted to the respondents 2 and 3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.40 of 2021 and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
