Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.PERUMAL PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police are present.

2. A report dated 19.09.2017 received from Judicial Magistrate , Srivaikuntam, reveals the fact that the petitioners 1 and 2 have complied with the condition from 25.08.2017 on wards and the 3rd petitioner has complied with the condition from 29.08.2017 onwards.

3. The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that investigation is still pending.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

when required only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
