RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the condition imposed inCrl.O.P.No.1204/2022 on the file of this Honourable Court dated 03.02.2022 instead of deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- each with two sureties to the satisfaction of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli, the petitioners may be permitted to execute common surety in their own bond using their Aadhar card and Ration card before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.ANTO PRINCE, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.MUTHU MANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1204 of 2022 dated 03.02.2022 instead of deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- each with two sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli, the petitioners may be permitted to execute common surety in their own bond using their Aadhar card and Ration card before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.3090 of 2022 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3.It is pertinent to mention that this Court has imposed a condition directing the petitioners to execute a bond for Rs.25,000/-each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Court and this Court has not directed the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- as now claimed in the petition.

4.Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
