O R D E R

The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.21 of 2012 has filed a revision in Crl.R.C.No.7 of 2013, on the file of the learned Additional District-cum-Special Court (Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases), Pudukottai against the order dated 10.01.2013 made in C.C.No.72 of 2012, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai and the same was dismissed by the learned Special Judge. Now, they filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the said order, dated 22.01.2014, made in Crl.R.C.No.7 of 2013, on the file of the learned Additional District-cum-Special Court (Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases), Pudukottai.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent represented that on 04.12.2017 itself, the case pertaining to this petition was disposed of, in which the petitioners were acquitted from all the charges by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai. He also produced a copy of the said order before this Court.

3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
