When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the case has been filed under Section 75 of TNCP Act and thereafter the same was closed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai on 03.11.2022 as barred by limitation.
