This Writ Petition is filed directing the respondents to measure the property of the petitioner in S.F.No.270/31B which is 1/5
situated in Umamaheswarapuram Village, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanajvur District, and fix four boundaries by considering her representation dated 08.01.2026.
2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of the property in S.F.No.270/31B situated at Umamaheswarapuram Village, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanajvur District,. Despite repeated requests, the official respondents have not measured the land or fixed four boundaries. The petitioner made a representation dated 08.01.2026 requesting the survey and demarcation of boundaries. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the official respondents to measure the land and fix four boundaries within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government pleader appearing for the respondents submits that, after conducting an enquiry and recording 2/5
the objections on either side, the respondents shall consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Recording the above submission, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2026, on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after providing reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and any other persons, who may be affected by such decision, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
