RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl. O. P. No. 16514 of 2015 dated 23.11.2015 by this Honourable Court and pass such other or further orders as this Honourable Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RM.ARUN SWAMINATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANNITHEVAN Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 23.11.2015 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16514 of 2015 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
