ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first and secon Respondent to secure and produce the body of the detenue namely Subburaj S/o.Pudhumadan before this Hon`ble Court.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the second respondent police produced the alleged detenue. He would submit that due to some misunderstanding between the family members he has gone on his own wish and he is not in illegal detention by anybody and the alleged detenue expressed his willingness to join with his family.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
