O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu seeking to produce the alleged detenu namely Nagulan, aged about 15 years before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent messages through several whats-app groups and that they got an information that his son was at Madurai and they went in search of his son and thereafter, the petitioner and his wife came to Madurai and they have secured their minor son and he has also expressed his willingness to go along with his parents. He would also submit that the missing person is brought before this Court today.

3. We enquired the missing person Nagulan, aged about 15 years. He submitted that he along with his friend Harishwar left the home and later his friend returned back to home and fearing that he would be reprimanded by his parents, he stayed back at Madurai and was working in hotel and he was traced by his parents. He expressed his willingness to go along with his parents.
