(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the respondents 5 & 6 herein by considering the representation dated 10.10.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submitted that already encroachments 2/5

have been identified in the subject lands and the authorities have initiated appropriate proceedings under the Land Encroachment Act to remove the encroachment.

3. In view of the fact that already encroachments had been identified, the official respondents are directed to take appropriate proceedings under the relevant Act and Rules to remove the encroachment after affording reasonable opportunities to the concerned parties, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
