To call for the records to set aside the orders passed in Criminal Appeal No.3 of 2019 dated 10.12.2019, on the file of the Principal District Court, Ramanathapuram, partly modifying the orders passed in S.C.No.27 of 2015, on the file of Assistant Sessions Court, Mudhukulathur, dated 16.04.2019. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.LAXMAN.K.R., Advocate for the petitioners and of Mrs.S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.15 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.547 of 2020 dated 06.01.2021.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that this Court has granted suspension of sentence to the petitioner on 06.01.2021, directing the petitioner to appear before the Court daily at 10.30 a.m. It is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and prayed the condition to be relaxed. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent admitted that the petitioner is complying the condition till now. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.15 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.547 of 2020 dated 06.01.2021. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
