2. This Court by order, dated 13.07.2017, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Court concerned, once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 06.00 p.m. until further orders.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
