PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to issue the work site inspection certificate and certificate for working conditions of plant and machineries to the petitioner in connection with the Roc.No.9365/2025/Thi 1 dated 21.01.2026 for the works of Infrastructure Works sanctioned under Kalaignar Nagarpura Membattu Thittam(KNMT) 2025-2026 issued by the 1st respondent. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to issue the work site inspection certificate and the certificate for working conditions of plant and machineries to the petitioner to enable him to participate in connection with the tender notification dated 21.01.2026.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The third respondent herein is directed to make a site inspection on 06.02.2026 and the certificate shall be issued to the said effect on the 2/4

same date itself. As far as the plant and machineries are concerned, the petitioner is directed to submit all original documents to the third respondent on 06.02.2026. After the verification, if the petitioner is found to be eligible, further orders shall be passed on 07.02.2026.

4. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
