ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner alleges that the petition mentioned document is vitiated by impersonation. The petitioner invokes Section 77-A of the Registration Act, 1908. The Inspector General of Registration has issued 2/4
circular for keeping the enquiry under Section 77-A of the Act pending. The Hon'ble Larger Bench is also seized of the matter. 3.The third respondent is directed to keep the petitioner's complaint pending on his file. The third respondent shall take a call based on the decision to be rendered by the Larger Bench. The petitioner is at liberty to move the jurisdictional civil Court for relief in the meanwhile also.
4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
