ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to conduct the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.36 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police before the concerned Court within stipulated time fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dindigul on 09.02.2023 through E-filing (CC/32109/2023) and it has not been taken on file so far.
3. Since final report was filed, this petition has become infructuous. There shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dindigul, to process the final report as per the rules within a prescribed time.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
