O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. I am more than convinced that the issue is only with the private respondents. There is no issue between the writ petitioner and the 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.3847 OF 2024 authorities. Therefore, invoking writ jurisdiction appears to be misconceived. The petitioner's remedy is elsewhere. He can approach the jurisdictional civil Court for restraining the private persons from interfering with the proposed religious celebrations. He can also invoke the aid of the District Administration. The writ Court cannot come to the petitioner's rescue at this stage. Leaving open the petitioner's rights and remedies, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
