This writ petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 to 3 to revoke the history sheet maintained by the 4th respondent against the petitioner on the representation dated 30.10.22024 and 05.02.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit the petitioner has some previous cases and thereby, the history sheet is maintained by the 4th respondent. However, they have received the representation of the petitioner and the same is under enquiry. Therefore, he seeks fifteen days to complete the enquiry and to pass orders.

3. Since the representation of the petitioner is under consideration by the respondents, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 30.10.2024 and 05.02.2025 within fifteen [15] days from the date of this order. Page No. 2 of 4

4. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
