This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime No.80/2021 on the file of the respondent police. 1/3

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the respondent police to conclude the investigation as early as possible.

Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel, this court, without going into the merits or the contentions raised, is inclined to direct the respondent police to conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible and file a report, after providing opportunity to the petitioners and the persons aggrieved, if any.
