ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to issue No Dues Certificate to pay the retirement benefits to the petitioner, in pursuance to the proposal submitted by the fourth respondent to the third respondent within the time frame.

2. During the course of hearing, Mr. Siddharthan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent would submit that No Dues Certificate was issued to the petitioner on 12.02.2025.

3. The statement of the learned counsel for the Additional Government Pleader is placed on record. In view of the above situation, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.

5. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.
