ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.
2.The petitioner has given a complaint under Section 77-A of the Registration Act, 1908 on 26.10.2023 seeking the invalidate of the petition mentioned document.

3.As rightly pointed out by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the issue is pending consideration before the larger bench. The moot question is to whether Section 77-A of the Registration Act, 1908 can be retrospectively applied. In the meanwhile, the Inspector General of Registration also issued circular for keeping the enquiries pending. 4.The first respondent is directed to keep the petitioner's complaint pending. The first respondent shall take a call in the matter after the larger bench pronounces its decision.
5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
