This petition has been filed to direct the learned Subordinate Court, Pudukkottai, to expeditious the trial process and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.255 of 2016, within the time frame as may be fixed by this 1/4

Court.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that though the suit was filed in the year 2016, it is kept pending without any progress for a period of more than 7 years.

3.Considering the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.255 of 2016 pending on his file, by strictly following the guidelines issued in Circular of this Court in R.O.C.No.1599-A/2009/B5, dated 15.05.2009.

4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
