O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the history sheet maintained by the second respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 03.01.2018 the petitioner has submitted a representation to remove his name from the list of history sheet, but so far, no action has been taken and hence, he requested to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders.

3.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
