This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to ensure the petitioner's fundamental rights by taking 2/6

appropriate action against the respondents 5 to 7 for excommunicating me from my village by considering my appeal dated 05.02.2024 and further directing the respondents 5 to 7 to receive the subscription charges from the petitioner. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had been excommunicated from his village, for which the petitioner made a representation to the third respondent on 03.08.2023 and also made a complaint before the fourth respondent police. Both the representation as well as the complaint was relegated to the second respondent, who in turn conducted an enquiry and passed an order dated 11.01.2023, stating that no excommunication happened. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the first respondent on 05.02.2024.

Since the said appeal is pending consideration, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition. 3.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the appeal of the petitioner would be considered by the first respondent in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 05.02.2024, within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
