This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the deployment details dated 10.02.2024 wherein the petitioner was shown as surplus teacher.

However, Mr.T.Amjadkhan, learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner cannot have any more grievance because he was allowed to be retained in the same college as against the sanctioned post. Since, the petitioner's grievance was met out, nothing remains to be considered any further.
