ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the petitioner's name form the History Sheet maintained on the fie of the 2nd respondent police station based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.01.2026 and consequently, forbear the respondents 2 and 3 from in any manner initiating or continuing any proceedings or coercive action against the petitioner under Section 129 BNSS.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 14.01.2026, after issuing notice to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
