ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to return the original Sale Deed, dated 22.08.2011, which was marked as Ex.B-2 in O.S.No.175 of 2011 on the file of II Additional Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil.

2. Petitioners/Appellants have come with this petition, stating that the parties have come to an understanding to compromise the entire issue and, for that purpose, they are in need of the original Sale Deed, dated 22.08.2011, marked as Ex.B2.

3. For the purpose of completing the settlement process, the present petition is filed for return of the original Sale Deed. Along with the petition, the petitioners have filed a certified copy of the said Sale Deed.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondents.

5. Respondents No.1 and 2, who are the plaintiffs in the suit, have no objection for returning the original Sale Deed - Ex.B-2 and would affirm that the said document is required to complete the settlement process.

6. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, directing the Registry to return the original Sale Deed - Ex.B-2, dated 22.08.2011, to the petitioners/appellants, on proper identification and by keeping a certified copy thereof in file.
