Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 I.P.C. in Crime No. Not Known of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Since no regular case has been registered, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail on 26.02.2015 for a period of two weeks to the petitioner with a direction to appear before the respondent police.

4. Today, when the matter was called, the respondent police is present. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner complied with the order passed by this Court by reporting before the respondent police and after conducting a detailed enquiry, the respondent police have closed the case on 09.03.2015 and a copy of the closure report has also been filed before this Court.
