Heard Mr.D.Balamurugapandi, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthaiah, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 & 2. 2.By consent of both parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner is facing disciplinary proceedings. The charge memo was issued as early as on 26.11.2014. There was an order of remittal passed at the instance of the disciplinary authority. The matter was remanded to the Enquiry Officer. grievance of the petitioner is that there is no progress in the matter.

4.Considering the urgency of the matter, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
