Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the compensation of Rs.3,60,790/- fixed for the acquisition of petitioner's land in Plot No.23 in the land in Survey No.18/7, Mathur Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukottai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2017 within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, she is the owner of the Plot No.23 in Survey No.18/7, Mathur Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukottai District. Earlier, some lands have been acquired by the respondents for laying national highways road, and the award was also passed on 27.06.2017, and so far as the petitioner's Plot No.23 is concerned, a sum of Rs.3,60,790/-(Rupees Three lakhs Sixty Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Only) was awarded. Thereafter, the petitioner made a representation dated 31.07.2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the respondents to disburse the said amount. But, so far no order has been passed on the representation of the petitioner, hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that now, the respondents are going to issue notice to the petitioner, and conduct enquiry regarding the disbursement of the award amount.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to issue notice to the petitioner and conduct enquiry, and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
