Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KRISHNAMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN, the Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.4198 of 2016 dated 07.06.2016, made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4917 of 2016.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner along with other accused collected amount in chit transactions and subsequently, did not pay the amount. He further contended that A1 is still absconding.

3. Considering the fact that A1 is still absconding, the condition already imposed against the petitioner is not relaxed.
