ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw and change the investigation in Crime No.356 of 2017 from the file of the fourth respondent to the file of the fifth respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the respondent police completed the investigation in Crime No.356 of 2017 and filed charge-sheet on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor on 27.06.2021 and the same has also been taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.1 of 2022 and it is pending for trial.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
