ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption 'Extension of time for 'Lower Court' and upon perusing earlier order dated 11.06.2024 and the requisition submitted by the Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Madurai in D.No.877/2025 dated 11.03.2025 seeking further six months time to dispose of the case in S.C.No.639 of 2018, this Court made the following Order: 'The learned Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Madurai by his letter dated 11.03.2025 has sought further time to dispose of the case in S.C.No.639 of 2018.
2. This Court had already directed the learned Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Madurai to dispose of the case in S.C. No. 639 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the order. The learned Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Madurai in his letter stated that the case was taken on file on 06.11.2025 against some accused. At the time of receipt of copy of order A2 was in judicial custody and NBW was pending against A1, A3 to A7. The Court also directed the concerned police officials to execute the NBW against the above accused and A1, A3 and A5 are found as they remanded in various case and hence they are produced through P.T. Warrant. Now Non Bailable Warrant is pending against A4 and A7 and the police officials are directed to execute the Non Bailable Warrant against them. Further due to the pendency of the Non Bailable Warrant against A4 and A7 the Court is unable to dispose the case within the time stipulated by this Court.

Considering the request made by the learned Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Madurai and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time already granted by this Court to dispose the case in S.C.No.639 of 2018 is extended by another three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
