This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 207 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramathapuram and the same was taken on file in C.C. No. 365 of 2024 and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. In view of the said submission of Government Advocate(Crl.side) and this petition is to challenge the First Information Report and there are some allegations to constitute the offence in the First Information Report, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to challenge the final report if any thing is adverse as against the petitioner.
