ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a Mandamus directing the respondents not to disturb the allotment of Plot No.529 at Pattinamkathan Village, Ramanathapuram to the petitioner under Government quota through a selection process conducted on 11.01.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the entire allotment of housing plots were already cancelled and the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
