O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 to 2 to take action against the 3rd respondent based on the representation dated 18.12.2024.

2. According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint dated 18.12.2024 as against the 3rd respondent, but the same has not been considered by the respondent officials. Therefore, he filed this petition.

3. The leaned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that already the they have conducted an enquiry based on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2024 and after an elaborate enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 03.01.2025 as parties entered into a compromise between them.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has denied the above said compromise entered into between the parties. However, the closure report has been furnished to the petitioner's counsel today. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to take appropriate steps for the closure Page No. 2 of 4

of the complaint in the manner known to law.

5. With the above said observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
