The above miscellaneous petition is filed by the petitioner to implead the proposed respondent/defacto complainant as the 2nd respondent in the Criminal Appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] appearing for the State and perused the materials placed on record.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the proposed respondent is impleaded as the 2nd respondent in the Criminal Appeal.
4.Mr.A.Robinson, learned counsel accepts notice for the impleaded 2nd respondent in the appeal.
5.Registry is directed to carry out the amendment wherever necessary and post the matter on 17.02.2026 for counter of the newly impleaded 2 nd respondent / defacto complainant.
