O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to pursue the I.A.SR.No.1160 of 2018 filed by him.

2. The order passed by the trial Court returning I.A.SR.No. 1160 of 2018, dated 09.01.2019 was set aside in the connected revision petition in C.R.P.(MD)No.179 of 2019 and the petitioner was granted liberty to represent it before the concerned Court.

3. In view of the same, the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 01.07.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No 2/4
