ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner presented the petition mentioned "Will" for registration. The second respondent initiated enquiry in view of the receipt of objections. The grievance of the petitioner is that the matter is hanging fire for quite sometime and that the registering authority must be directed to conclude the enquiry and pass final order. Seeking this relief, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is not co-operating in the enquiry and that is why final order could not be passed. 4.I need not go into these aspects. The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 29.02.2024 at 03.00 p.m. The second respondent can notify any other interested person in this regard. Final order on merits and in accordance with law will be passed by the second respondent within a period of four weeks thereafter. I make it 2/4

clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. 5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
