ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to issue legal heirship certificate to the petitioner based upon the verification certificate of the Village Administrative Officer and Revenue Inspector and by considering the petitioner's application dated 29.08.2017. 2.The petitioner is said to have filed an application before the Tahsildar, the respondent herein seeking legal heir certificate of his wife one Kaladevi. Pursuant to the application of the petitioner, dated 29.08.2017, the Village Administrative Officer and the Revenue Inspector have sent recommendation to the respondent. Despite the same, no order has been passed. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the Village Administrative Officer and the Revenue Inspector have already conducted enquiry and sent report to the respondent, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
