This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 1/4

482 Cr.P.C., seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by this petitioner against the third respondent and others stating that they are claiming exorbitant interest over money transaction, both the parties appeared before the second respondent and this petitioner has given an undertaking that he will pay the amount within a short time and on the basis of the above said undertaking, the complaint was closed.

3. In view of the above said closure of the complaint, nothing survives for further consideration. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
