ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction the second respondent to issue Non-traceable Certificate with regard to the Original Sale Deed registered in (I) Doc.No.959/1997, measuring to an extent of 0.88 Ares comprised in S.No.233/4C, (ii) Doc.No.960/1997, measuring to an extent of 0.4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.4967 of 2021 Ares comprised in Survey.No.233/4E, (iii) Doc.No.960/1997, measuring to an extent of 0.18 Ares comprised in Survey.No.233/4D, (iv) Doc.No.961/1997, measuring to an extent of 0.5 Ares comprised in Survey.No.233/4A and (v) Doc.No.960/1997, measuring to an extent of 0.72 Ares comprised in Survey.No.233/4B, on the file of the Kallikudi Sub-Registrar Office, Madurai District with regard to the Punja lands situated at Kenjampatti Bit-2 Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents stated that while pending the Writ Petition, the petitioner himself withdrawn his complaint and no complaint is pending on the file of the second respondent.

3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
