ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after filing of the Writ Petition, the patta that was granted in favour of the vendor of the petitioner was cancelled. Therefore, the learned counsel seeks for leave to file a fresh Writ Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD).No.7627 of 2021 challenging the said order. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn and the leave sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
