COMMON ORDER The prayer in these writ petitions is to direct the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioners from the respective dates of their initial appointment with all service, monetary and attendant benefits.

2.After arguing for sometime, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would suffice, if the representations of the petitioners are directed to be considered by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of GO(Ms) No.151 Social Welfare Department dated 16.10.2018. 3.On the other hand, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioners have not submitted proper representations enclosing the necessary documents. However, she submitted that if the petitioners submit the necessary documents, the same would be considered by the respondents on merits.

4.In view of the above submissions now made by the respective learned Counsel, the petitioners are permitted to file fresh representations to the respondents enclosing the required documents along with a copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from the date of its receipt and filing of a such representations, the respondents are directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of GO(Ms)No.151, Social Welfare Department dated 16.10.2018 and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, within a period of six weeks thenceforth.

5.The writ petitions are disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
