O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to grant permission and to provide police protection to conduct the ''Aadalum Paadalum'' dance program on 15.01.2018 in pursuant to the 23rd year Festival of Arulmigu Anjaneyar-Vinayagar Thirukoil, situated at Sembanur Village, Satharasankottai Post, Kalaiyarkoil Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that every year the village people are celebrating the festival by conducting the programs such as 'Adalum Padalum'' dance Program, likewise, on 15.01.2018, also they decided to celebrate the festival at the above said temple and for that, they have already given a representation dated 03.01.2018 to the respondent and no order has been passed till now.

3.The learned Government Advocate for the respondent has not raised any serious objection.

4.The respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.01.2018 and dispose of the same on or before 12.01.2018.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
