W.P.(MD) No.3790 of 2020 2.When the petitioner herein had already applied for the post of Office Assistant through an application dated 21.01.2020, this Court cannot parallely issue a mandamus directing the respondents to consider his application, since the appointment would be subject to various criteria, requirement and qualifications prescribed for the said post. As and when the petitioner qualifies himself to all the requirements, he would be entitled for consideration and this Court may not be justified in stepping into shoes of the Selection Committee for the purpose of considering the prayer sought for in the present writ petition. Hence, the Writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
