RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the absence of the petitioner in complying with the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.8875/2017 on 14.07.

2017 before the respondent police from 02/08/17 to 23/08/17 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.P.NARAYANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.Anbarasan, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner for condoning the absence in complying with the condition imposed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 14.07.2017, i.e., report before the respondent police daily for a period of three weeks, in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8875 of 2017. Accordingly, the petitioner executed two sureties before the concerned Court on 01.08.2017.

However, due to his illness, the petitioner did not comply with the condition imposed by this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner did not comply with the condition from 02.08.2017 to till date.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, for noncompliance of the order, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the investigation officer from 30.10.2017 for a period of six weeks.

5.This petition is disposed of accordingly.
