PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2020 and provide sufficient police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2020 and provide sufficient police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.

2. Today, when the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that earlier the petitioner has given complaint against one Menaka who is the mother of the present respondent that she attempted to encroach the property for which enquiry has been initiated in CSR No.9 of 2020 and after enquiry the petitioner was advised to approach the civil court. Thereafter with the same set of allegations the present complaint has been given and representation has been sent by registered post. Earlier the petitioner was advised to approach the civil court. He would also submit that the present complaint is pending with the first respondent and if it is forwarded to the second respondent due enquiry will be conducted summoning all the parties and if necessary suitable protection will be given. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
