When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the case was registered against the petitioner in Crime No.28 of 2025 under Sections 131 and 351(2) of BNS, 2023. The offences alleged against the petitioner are bailable in nature.
